Every project shown is delivered through Forti Nova's network of trained, manufacturer-approved applicators, working to manufacturer-specified materials, installation sequences and quality controls. Forti Nova specifies and supplies the Liquid Rubber and Prokol systems; site installation is carried out by trained, approved applicators certified for each system — not by Forti Nova's own contracting crews.
BelowGrade
BelowGrade is a two-component spray-applied membrane for below-ground waterproofing on concrete basements, foundations, retaining walls and buried structures. Specified and supplied by Forti Nova — VOC-free, cold-applied, CE marked.
HBS200
HBS200 is a high-build elastomeric bituminous waterproofing membrane applied across flat roofs, box gutters, balconies and concrete structures. Single-component, brush, roller or spray applied, VOC-free — specified and delivered by Forti Nova.
SprayGrade
SprayGrade is a two-component spray-applied waterproofing and UV-resistant membrane for large flat roofs, parking decks, concrete decks and industrial surfaces. Seamless, cold-applied, VOC-free — supplied and applied by approved Forti Nova applicators.
ProFast Flooring
ProFast Flooring is a fast-curing heavy-duty flooring system for commercial and industrial environments requiring rapid return to service, anti-slip finishes and chemical resistance. Specified and delivered through Forti Nova.
ProFix
ProFix is a 1-component MS Hybrid Polymer sealant for waterproofing complex roof details, penetrations, skylights, domes and leak repair across a wide range of substrates. Isocyanate-free, solvent-free, UV resistant from 1mm, permanently elastic — applied by trowel, roller or brush. Specified and delivered by Forti Nova.
TopSpray35
TopSpray35 is a two-component aliphatic polyurethane topcoat for metal cladding refurbishment, steel structures and industrial buildings. A 25-year manufacturer warranty route and an up-to-35-year complete-system route may be available on qualifying specifications. Forti Nova provides specification and supply support, with site installation coordinated through trained approved contractors.
MonoSeal
MonoSeal is a cold-applied pure polyurea waterproofing membrane using 3GTX technology — specified for flat roofs, balconies, terraces and walkways where no open flame is permitted on site. Delivered by approved Forti Nova applicators.
Rocathaan HotSpray
Rocathaan HotSpray is a heated plural-component spray-applied aromatic pure-polyurea membrane for roofing, protective lining and complex geometries. Specialist equipment and Forti Nova-trained approved applicators required.
FireGuard Pro 200
FireGuard Pro 200 is a high-solid 2K polyurea coating independently tested to fire class A2-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1, Report No. 18831B) for ceilings, walls, stairwells and facades. Classification scope must be confirmed from the Warrington Fire test report. Supplied and applied by Forti Nova.
