Featured Systems
Specialist technologies.
Waterproofing, refurbishment, flooring and fire protection systems supplied through partnerships we are proud to have built over many years, working closely with manufacturers whose technologies, technical standards and long-term support reflect the values we believe our clients deserve.
From Assessment Through Specification To Warranty.
Coating failures commonly begin with incorrect system selection, inadequate preparation or poor control during application. Our process is designed to address those risks before work starts and maintain traceability through to final inspection.
Working directly with Liquid Rubber Europe and Prokol, we bring manufacturer technical input into the assessment, specification, application and warranty review of each suitable project.
We evaluate substrate type, surface preparation requirements, existing membrane condition, water ingress pathways, moisture content, structural movement and access constraints. This prevents mis-specification, protects warranty eligibility and ensures the system is engineered for the actual asset — not a generic version of it. No system is recommended before this stage is complete.
Using the assessment data, we produce a technically grounded specification — identifying the most appropriate system from the Liquid Rubber and Prokol ranges, confirming substrate compatibility, detailing preparation sequences and outlining the performance requirements the installation must meet. For complex or high-value projects this may include manufacturer technical review, BBA certification alignment, or compliance with BS 8102, BS EN 13501 or project-specific fire engineering requirements.
For spray-applied systems including SprayGrade and Rocathaan HotSpray, this means machine-calibrated two-component application under controlled site conditions. For hand-applied systems including HBS200 and BelowGrade, preparation sequencing and layering schedules are confirmed before work begins. Quality controls are embedded throughout — not applied retrospectively. Materials, environmental conditions and application milestones are recorded as works progress.
Warranties are confirmed on a project-by-project basis following application sign-off — ranging from 15 to 25 years depending on the system and qualifying conditions. This is not a blanket inclusion. It is a documented, auditable commitment tied to the specific installation, system, substrate and application records. The distinction matters when assets fail and clients need recourse.

Industrial Roof Refurbishment
Stop Paying to Replace What Can Be Restored
Metal, asbestos cement and composite industrial roofs — corrosion, lap failure, membrane breakdown. Spray-applied overlay without strip-out. Where gutters are also failing, gutter refurbishment and cladding coating are specified alongside. No shutdown. Occupied building throughout.
Flat roofs, plant areas and service decks with recurring water ingress. Whether asbestos encapsulation, overlay onto existing membrane or new-build waterproofing — seamless liquid-applied systems eliminate joints, the primary failure point in all built-up roof assemblies.
Valley, box and parapet gutters cause the majority of commercial water ingress — whether on industrial roofs, flat roof perimeters or below cladding lines. Seamless membrane lining without gutter replacement or scaffold strip-out. Often specified alongside roof refurbishment.
Steel cladding and composite panels degrading from UV exposure, corrosion and colour fade. Whether industrial unit refurbishment, commercial facade restoration or cladding alongside roof coating works — protective topcoat systems restore envelope performance without reclad cost. Substrate assessment required.
Warehouse, production and logistics floors under heavy forklift traffic, chemical exposure and abrasion. Whether food manufacturing compliance, car park deck protection or distribution centre downtime reduction — fast-cure resin systems are operationally ready within hours, not days.
Traffic-Bearing Structures Need Traffic-Rated Systems
Multi-storey car parks, access decks and service yards subject to vehicle loading, standing water and de-icing salts. Whether new-build protection or failed coating remediation — standard liquid coatings are not traffic-rated. Pure polyurea systems specified where load, movement and durability are non-negotiable.
Balconies, terraces, podium decks and walkways subject to thermal movement, foot traffic and weather exposure. Whether residential block refurbishment, commercial terrace waterproofing or covered walkway protection — crack-bridging membrane systems are specified to substrate, movement class and exposure rating.
Basements, foundations, retaining walls and lift pits exposed to hydrostatic groundwater pressure. Whether new-build tanking, remedial waterproofing or structural crack repair with Profix — once backfilled, remediation costs multiples of the original specification. One chance. Get the system right.
Classification Evidence Is Not Optional — Neither Is Application Scope
Commercial and industrial buildings requiring passive fire protection to walls, ceilings, stairwells and facades. Whether new-build specification, refurbishment compliance or fire safety remediation — A2-s1,d0 classification independently tested by Warrington Fire. One failed inspection invalidates your programme.
