Our Approach

System Supply Is Not Enough

Most coating failures are not product failures — they are specification, preparation or installation failures. Forti Nova manages the full project lifecycle: survey, specification, installation and documentation.

Manufacturer-Authorised Supply

Direct relationship with Liquid Rubber and Prokol manufacturers. Every system supplied with full technical backing and documented compliance.

Pre-Installation Survey Support

Substrate assessment, moisture testing and condition reporting before specification is confirmed — not after application has failed.

Trained & Vetted Applicators

Installation by certified performance partners trained on the specific system. Not general contractors applying unfamiliar products.

Post-Installation Documentation

Application records, photographic evidence and warranty documentation issued on completion of qualifying projects.

Application Contexts

Where These Systems Are Specified

Liquid Rubber and Prokol systems are specified across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and local authority projects throughout the UK. Common application environments include flat roof refurbishment, below-ground new-build waterproofing, car park deck protection, industrial cladding, and fire-compliance coatings on structural steelwork.

Each application requires a different system chemistry. A car park deck requires traffic-rated polyurea chemistry. A below-ground retaining structure requires a fully-bonded elastomeric membrane with demonstrated hydrostatic resistance. A metal roof refurbishment requires UV-stable aliphatic chemistry with substrate-specific primer confirmation. Forti Nova identifies the correct system — not the most available product.
