Survey and defect mapping
Panels, fixings, laps, sealants, cut edges, flashings and water-ingress routes are assessed before a coating system is proposed.

TopSpray35 cladding refurbishment
Survey-led repair, preparation and Prokol TopSpray35 protective coating for suitable industrial and commercial metal cladding. Restore colour, UV resistance and surface protection without pretending a coating can repair structural failure.
TopSpray35 system position
TopSpray35 is a two-component aliphatic polyurethane protective topcoat. It is not a standalone waterproofing membrane and must be specified over a confirmed, prepared and compatible substrate or system.
Application
Airless spray
Build-up
Minimum two coats
Colour
RAL range, confirmed
Warranty
25-year manufacturer route on qualifying installations
Warranty eligibility is project-specific and depends on substrate condition, preparation, complete build-up, application records and manufacturer acceptance.

The commercial problem
Chalking, UV degradation, open laps, failed sealants, corroded fixing lines and cut-edge deterioration can develop together. A useful refurbishment proposal separates cosmetic deterioration from defects that must be repaired before coating.
Aged profiled metal elevations, loading bays and operational industrial buildings.
Colour restoration and planned envelope maintenance across occupied assets.
Protect suitable retained panels after the repair and preparation scope is completed.
Restore or change appearance using a confirmed RAL colour and trial panel.
A controlled refurbishment sequence
Panels, fixings, laps, sealants, cut edges, flashings and water-ingress routes are assessed before a coating system is proposed.
Failed sealants, loose fixings, corrosion and damaged panels are treated, repaired or replaced as required by the survey findings.
The existing finish is cleaned, prepared and tested. Primer and adhesion requirements are confirmed for the actual substrate and coating history.
The confirmed system is airless-sprayed in a minimum of two coats, with RAL colour availability and application conditions agreed at specification stage.

Cladding refurbishment enquiry
Include the building type, approximate elevation area, photographs, known panel finish and whether leaks, corrosion or failed sealants are present. The first step is determining whether a defensible refurbishment route exists.
