Liquid Rubber Waterproofing Systems
Engineered liquid rubber waterproofing systems for below-ground structures, commercial roof refurbishment, gutter lining, complex detailing and large-scale spray application. Delivered through trained approved applicators with manufacturer-backed warranties and technical support.

Liquid Rubber Commercial Waterproofing Ecosystem
Three specialist waterproofing systems: SprayGrade (large-scale commercial spray output), HBS200 (universal detail membrane), BelowGrade (buried infrastructure waterproofing). Coordinated system family for commercial refurbishment.

BelowGrade
Buried Waterproofing & Infrastructure Membrane
Two-component spray-applied liquid waterproofing membrane for buried structures and infrastructure. Seamless, fully-adhered protection for basements, foundations, retaining walls, bridge decks and tunnels. VOC-free, cold-applied system for high-consequence waterproofing environments.

HBS200
Universal Detail Waterproofing Membrane
Single-component liquid waterproofing membrane for complex geometry, gutters, penetrations and refurbishment. Applied by brush, roller, trowel or airless spray to create a seamless fully-bonded waterproof barrier. Hand application provides precision control where spray cannot reach. Any warranty position is project-specific and depends on the substrate, preparation, complete system build-up, application records and manufacturer acceptance.

SprayGrade
Large-Scale Commercial Spray Waterproofing
Two-component cold-applied spray waterproofing membrane for large commercial roofs. Applied at approximately 2.7 kg/m² to form a seamless fully-bonded waterproof barrier. High output capacity for large commercial and industrial programmes. Any warranty position is project-specific and depends on the substrate, preparation, complete system build-up, application records and manufacturer acceptance.
Liquid Rubber vs Prokol — Operational Intent
Two distinct system families. Different chemistry. Different performance goals. Different project contexts. Understanding which applies to your project eliminates specification error.
Liquid Rubber
Seamless Waterproofing
Cold-applied elastomeric membrane
Typical Applications
- •Below-ground waterproofing (BS8102 compliance)
- •Flat roof membrane systems
- •Roof gutter refurbishment
- •Spray-applied large-area roofing
- •Maintenance detailing
Choose This When:
- ✓Substrate must be stable and dry
- ✓Below 500m²: hand-apply HBS200
- ✓Above 500m²: spray SprayGrade
- ✓No heat, flames or specialist hot-work needed
- ✓Seamless coverage critical
Not Suitable For:
- ✗Traffic-rated surfaces (use Rocathaan HotSpray)
- ✗High UV exposure requiring 35-year warranty (use TopSpray35)
- ✗Wet or saturated substrates (require remediation first)
Product Range:
Prokol
Long-Life Protective Coatings
Polyurea, elastomeric, reactive systems
Typical Applications
- •Spray roof protection (up to 35 years)
- •Commercial roof coatings
- •Fire-rated protective layers
- •Car park and traffic-rated decks
- •Industrial protective coatings
Choose This When:
- ✓Long-life UV protection required
- ✓Traffic-rated surfaces (Rocathaan polyurea)
- ✓Fire safety compliance needed
- ✓Elastomeric elongation critical
- ✓Substrate protection primary function
Not Suitable For:
- ✗Below-ground waterproofing (use BelowGrade)
- ✗Below 500m² hand detailing (use HBS200)
- ✗Where seamless waterproof membrane is primary (use SprayGrade)

System Selection Guide
Each Liquid Rubber system serves a distinct commercial role: SprayGrade for large-scale output, HBS200 for detail precision, BelowGrade for buried infrastructure. Select by application type and project requirements.
Open System SelectorTwo-component spray membrane for basements, foundations, retaining walls, bridge decks and tunnels. Assessed with reference to BS 8102 and the project-specific design requirements.
Universal detail waterproofing membrane. Hand-applied precision for penetrations, edges, gutters and refurbishment.
Commercial cold-spray waterproofing. Seamless fully-bonded membrane for overlay refurbishment on large commercial and industrial roofs. Application output depends on equipment, access, substrate condition and project controls.
