SprayGrade is a two-component, cold-applied spray-applied liquid rubber waterproofing membrane engineered for fast, cost-effective roof refurbishment — overlaying existing flat roofs, felt and asphalt without strip-out, and encapsulating suitable asbestos cement roofs subject to survey, asbestos management plan and project-specific product authorisation. ProFix — MS Hybrid Polymer Sealant for Roof Detail Waterproofing & Leak Repair | Forti Nova
ProFix (Article 18060) is a 1-component, isocyanate-free MS Hybrid Polymer sealant with QT6 technology — used for waterproofing complex roof details, penetrations, skylights and domes, and for repairing leaks across a wide range of substrates. Pasty, dark grey, high-viscosity — does not drip on vertical surfaces. Applied by roller, brush, trowel or putty knife at minimum 1mm. UV resistant from 1mm, colourfast, permanently elastic, no solvents or isocyanates, cures by reacting with humidity. Can be applied to lightly moist surfaces for temporary repair. A 25-year manufacturer warranty route and an up-to-35-year complete-system route may be available on qualifying specifications. Forti Nova provides specification and supply support, with site installation coordinated through trained approved contractors.
MonoSeal
MonoSeal is a cold-applied pure polyurea waterproofing membrane using 3GTX technology — specified for flat roofs, balconies, terraces and walkways where no open flame is permitted on site. Delivered by approved Forti Nova applicators.
